What are the differences between PPTP, L2TP and OpenVPN?
PPTP, L2TP and OpenVPN are different VPN protocols.
PPTP is based on TCP protocol, suitable for most network conditions.
L2TP is based on UDP protocol, usually used in the network where PPTP is disabled. For example: Internet Cafes, Clubs, etc.
OpenVPN is more flexible than PPTP and L2TP, but an additional driver is needed (will be installed automatically by the FlyVPN Client Full package).
If neither PPTP nor L2TP works for you, OpenVPN is your choice!
What's the difference between Shared IP VPN and Dedicated IP VPN?
Customers using Shared IP VPN may share the same external IP address.
Dedicated IP VPN allocates an exclusive IP for each customer, providing better performance and security.
