How to Unlock Infinite Crisis

I'm in HongKong and playing Infinite Crisis right now! Without getting the message 'The item is currently unavailable in your region', I can get access to Infinite Crisis when I'm actually in HongKong now. I'm using a US VPN to hide my IP address and appear like I'm in US, unlocked the game. Users bypassing regional restrictions won't be banned in Steam. Given that, it seems allowed to change IP address to getting into the game.

Here's how to do it:

Download a VPN Client under the recommended downloads.
Once that's installed, run it. Login with your account. If you don’t have a premium account, you can use their free VPN accounts.
You'll see a window with a server list. Pick a server in the US (I used US, but I suppose servers in some other locations would also work.) Connect to one of these servers.
Go to the page of Infinite Crisis on Steam and Infinite Crisis should be available to play. Change your Steam download region in the Steam Settings under Downloads. Do so, and wait for the main menu to load up.

Infinite Crisis is a 2015 multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) video game based on the fictional universe of DC Comics, developed by Turbine and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, loosely based on the comic book series of the same name. The game features two squads of DC heroes and villains as they compete in combats across multiple destructive battlefields featuring in-game changing catastrophic events. It is a free-to-play game that is supported by micro-transactions.
