Reccurring payment feature is suitable for people who don't want to purchase FlyVPN every month manually. If you just want to use FlyVPN for short terms.You can cancel auto payment yourself in PayPal. Follow instructions below to cancel recurring payment on FlyVPN.
Please login into your PayPal account, and gradually cancel the revolving payment according to the following steps.
1. Go to your Settings.
2. Click PAYMENTS. Click Manage automatic payments.
3. Select the merchant's name whose payment you want to cancel.
After you cancel the revolving payment successfully,
We will no longer automatically deduct money from your account. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, please contact our customer service.
What is concurrent connections?
Concurrent connections is how many devices your FlyVPN account can connect to simultaneously.
1-500 optional concurrent connections.
For example: If you have 2 mobile phones, 1 computer and 1 iPad, a total of 4 devices.
You can install or login FlyVPN client on all 4 devices without any restrictions.
If the number of concurrent connections you purchased is 2, then 2 of your 4 devices can connect successfully at the same time, when the third device tries to connect and the connection is successful, one of the previous 2 successful connections will be automatically disconnected, your account always keeps 2 devices connected successfully at the same time.
How to modify concurrent connections?
After purchase, the number of concurrent connections can be modified on the official website, here is how to modify it:
Visit FlyVPN official website → Log in to FlyVPN → Click 'Profile' link → Click 'Modify concurrent connections'
If your account has not been activated after successful payment due to some technical reasons, please log out of the account and log in to the client again;
If the account is still not activated, please provide the payment transaction information: transaction ID, FlyVPN login account, payment amount, package information, etc. Then contact our customer service, they will manually activate the account for you after verification.
